Who we are
SHTROM Creative is a creative marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, founded in 2021. This policy explains what information we collect through shtromcreative.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide to us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and the message you send us, along with the page you submitted it from. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request — for security and to keep the Site running. We also run Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — see the next section for what those do.

This Site uses cookies and embeds a small number of third-party services, each under its own privacy policy, independent of ours:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this Site — pages viewed, general device and location information, how you arrived here. It sets its own cookies to do this. You can opt out using Google's own browser add-on, or a browser privacy/tracking-protection setting.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this Site and to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. It sets cookies (such as _fbp) and shares information about your visit — pages viewed, general device and browser information — with Meta. Meta may connect this to a Facebook or Instagram account if you're logged into one. This does not include anything you type into our contact form. You can limit this by adjusting your Facebook ad settings, using a browser privacy/tracking-protection setting, or an ad-blocking extension.
Google Maps
Embedded to show our location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Embedded to display our public feed. Instagram may set its own cookies when the embed loads.

How we store and protect your information
Contact form submissions are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database and are only accessible to authorized SHTROM Creative staff through a password-protected admin panel.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communications, and delete them on request — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing standout@shtromcreative.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. To limit Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking specifically, see the Cookies and third-party content section above.
Children's privacy
This Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
