How does SHTROM Creative help restaurant businesses grow?
Social media management, content creation, branding and creative direction, paid advertising, influencer marketing, design, and website development — built around restaurants at every stage, from a first opening to an established name expanding to a new location.
Restaurants have been part of SHTROM Creative since 2021
Over the years, we've worked with restaurants at very different stages — some opening their first location, some already well known and needing a stronger marketing direction, others expanding, launching new concepts, or trying to figure out how to make their online presence actually match what they'd built in real life.
We look at the whole picture
The brand. The food. The space. The customer. The way the restaurant communicates. The way it looks online. The way new items are introduced. The way people discover it. Then we build the marketing around that.
What we do
Social Media Management
We manage the full social presence, from strategy and planning to posting, community management and ongoing direction.
Content Creation
Photo and video production built specifically around the restaurant — food, atmosphere, people, menu items, launches, short-form content and everything in between.
Branding and Creative Direction
For new concepts, existing brands or restaurants that simply need a stronger direction — identity, visual language, positioning, campaigns and the way the brand should present itself across different channels.
Paid Advertising
Meta campaigns built around what the restaurant actually needs — awareness, traffic, openings, promotions, new locations and retargeting.
Influencer Marketing
We help decide who makes sense for the brand, how they should be involved and when. Sometimes that means a launch. Sometimes a menu release. Sometimes it means doing less and choosing the right people.
Design
Menus, graphics, print pieces, digital assets, campaign creative and other materials that need to stay consistent with the restaurant.
Websites
Website design and development that carries the same identity people see everywhere else.
Not every restaurant needs the same thing
A restaurant opening next month needs a completely different plan from a concept that already has a loyal following. A fine dining restaurant should not be marketed like fast casual. A neighborhood favorite should not suddenly start looking like a national chain because someone followed a trend. We spend time figuring out what actually fits the concept before deciding what the marketing should look like.
From the first opening to the next location
We've worked on grand openings, restaurant launches, menu releases, new locations, social media transformations, rebrands and ongoing marketing. Sometimes we come in at the beginning. Sometimes the restaurant is already successful and we help take the way it is presented to another level. Either way, the goal is to make the marketing feel like it belongs to the restaurant.
We also work with the supply side
Restaurants aren't the only part of this world we work with. If you sell produce or supplies to restaurants rather than run one yourself, see our restaurant produce and supply marketing.

A guest does not experience your restaurant as separate departments. They see the sign, the menu, the cup, the packaging, the plate and the Instagram feed as one thing. When five different vendors each produce one of those pieces, you end up with five interpretations of the same restaurant, and the brand reads as unfinished even when every individual piece is well made.
Custom Website vs. Wix, Squarespace or WordPress: What Should a Growing Business Choose? There is no single right platform. Squarespace and Wix are genuinely good choices for a small site that rarely changes. WordPress suits content-heavy sites with a maintainer. A custom build earns its cost when the site is a working part of the business rather than a brochure, and when speed, structure or integrations start deciding revenue.
When Should a Business Redesign Its Website?Redesign when the site is costing you something measurable, not when it feels dated. The real signals are slow loading, poor mobile experience, visitors who arrive and do not convert, a brand that no longer matches, content nobody can update, and a business that has changed while the site has not. Looking old is the least important reason on that list.
Questions people ask
Do you work with single-location restaurants or only multi-location groups?
Both — our restaurant work spans independent spots and multi-location groups.
Do you shoot food photography on-site?
Yes, all photography and video is shot on location at the restaurant, not staged elsewhere.
Can you help with a restaurant launch, not just ongoing marketing?
Yes — launch marketing and ongoing management both fall under this service.
Do you only work with Tampa restaurants?
We're based in Tampa, which is where most of our restaurant case studies come from — but we travel for restaurant groups anywhere in the US that want real, shot-on-location content, not stock photography.
