The challenge
OLIVIA was already an established name in Tampa Bay — a strong identity, a highly experienced team, two established locations and an audience of more than 28,000 followers. They did not need us to build the brand. They needed the social presence to match its momentum.
The approach
The opportunity
OLIVIA has a team that knows its concept and knows where it wants to take it. Our role was to take those ideas, upcoming specials, menu launches and creative plans and position them for social in a way that people wanted to watch, share and talk about. We worked closely with the OLIVIA team on the visual and marketing direction behind each launch — they brought us into what was coming next, and we shaped how it should be introduced online. The goal was to make every new release feel like an event.
The content
We changed the way OLIVIA's food and ideas were presented on social. The content became more intentional, more recognizable and built around what people naturally wanted to engage with. When OLIVIA launched an item that quickly became viral, we knew how to keep that momentum moving — one video generated more than 500,000 views in one week, another reached more than 300,000 views in just two days, and it happened organically.
The influence
Influencer marketing was treated as part of the strategy, not a list of people to invite. We built a more selective approach around who should experience the brand, when they should come in, and what moments were worth putting attention behind. The idea was not to have everyone talking about OLIVIA at once — it was to have the right people talking about the right thing at the right time.

The Best Social Media Marketing Strategies for Tampa Businesses in 2026Tampa is a visually competitive market, so social media marketing here rewards original footage over stock, short vertical video over static posts, and consistency over volume. What works differs by sector: hospitality and restaurants win on food and room footage, med spas on results and trust, real estate on place, and service businesses on the person doing the work.
What Does a Social Media Marketing Agency Actually Do for a Business?A social media agency does considerably more than post. The work is strategy, original photography and video production, editing for short-form, writing, scheduling, community management, paid advertising, creator outreach, analysis and creative direction. Most of the hours go into producing content, not into publishing it, which is the part clients rarely see.
