The challenge
YoYo Burgers & Chicken already had what most brands spend years trying to build — a concept people remember, with premium Angus beef ground in house and chicken prepared fresh, and over-the-top build-your-own burgers without sacrificing quality. The product was there. The opportunity was making sure the brand looked as strong as the food.
The approach
The direction
Our work started with reshaping how YoYo showed up online. We developed a stronger visual direction for the brand, rebuilt the social presence and created content around what makes YoYo different — the size, the customization, the freshness, the quality and the personality behind the concept. Our team traveled to Anaheim to produce content on location and build a strong library of social assets around the actual customer experience. We also redesigned and rebuilt the YoYo website from the ground up, giving the brand a digital presence that better matched where it was heading.
Social media
The goal was never to simply post more. We wanted YoYo to feel bigger, sharper and more recognizable every time someone came across the brand. With a controlled paid media budget, we helped grow the account from roughly 3,000 followers to nearly 10,000, while also supporting growth in customer traffic and sales.
The result
One year later, we are still working with YoYo Burgers & Chicken, continuing to shape the brand and its marketing as it grows. Our work now includes supporting the launch and grand opening of their newest location, carrying the same direction across the next stage of the brand. What started as a social media transformation became an ongoing creative partnership.
